Easy Orange Honey Yogurt Dip

Tired of eating your fruit on its own? Give this simple and sweet dip a try - you only need 5 minutes and 5 ingredients!



Easy Orange Honey Yogurt Dip

Ingredients

  • 1 cup plain greek or skyr yogurt

  • 1-3 tbsp orange juice (freeze or bottled)

  • 1 zested orange (optional)

  • 0.5-1 tbsp of honey (or sweetener of choice)

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Directions

  • In a small bowl, add all ingredients. Stir until well-combined.

  • Serve with fresh or frozen fruit, on top of pancakes or waffles, or on it’s own!

Notes:

  • This recipe makes approximately 1 cup.

  • When using the higher amount of the ingredients listed above, 2 tbsp of dip contains ~4.5 carbs, and 2.5 grams protein. See below for details.

  • To further boost protein content, consider adding 0.5-1 tbsp of vanilla protein powder. You may wish to reduce or remove the honey unless you’re using an unsweetened powder.
