Back to School Snack Ideas

Looking to refresh the lunch box? We’ve gathered a few kid-friendly options to make your grocery shopping a little easier and faster during these busy first few weeks!

Keep in mind, that although we’ve done our best to select items that are peanut-free, manufacturers can change their recipes at any time so check your labels each and every time!

Our criteria for snacks is to include at least 3g of fibre and at least 5g of protein; sometimes one items contains both of these nutrients and sometimes we can pair two items together. For packaged snacks, we aim to have less than 10g of added sugar though some items on this list may be a touch higher to allow for a wider variety of dietary needs (gluten-free, dairy-free, etc).
